Order and Order Confirmation
Details of the product(s) you ordered can be found in the automated order confirmation sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Please ensure the accuracy of your address details during checkout. Houseofperenne.com is not responsible for products delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping
Shipping to Finland
Shipping costs within Finland are 7.90€. We offer free shipping for orders over 100€. Orders are delivered as Posti parcel deliveries to the nearest pickup point. Within Finland, we only use Posti for shipping.
International Shipping

Delivery Time
We process your order as quickly as possible. If the ordered product is delayed or temporarily out of stock, we will do our best to inform you. If you have questions regarding your order or delivery time, please contact our customer service.
Unclaimed Package
If you fail to collect your package from the Posti pickup point by the last storage date, it will be returned to us as an unclaimed shipment. An unclaimed shipment does not constitute a return under the Consumer Protection Act but is considered a breach of contract by the buyer. In such cases, we charge a fee of 15.00 € for postage and handling. The online store reserves the right to claim compensation for costs incurred due to the breach of contract. (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 5, Sections 25 & 28.)We do not currently ship packages outside of Finland.
Exchange and Return
Exchange and Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Perenne product, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned product and the original product box (excluding decorative ribbons) must be unused and in a sellable condition. If these conditions are not met or the product has, for example, pet hair or stains, we cannot accept the return. If the returned product has been damaged due to the customer’s actions, we are unable to process the return.

How to return or exchange products
The product must be well-packaged, and the customer is responsible for any damage or loss caused by insufficient packaging. For discounted products, a return fee of 7.90€ applies. Products may be exchanged once free of charge. Returns are made via Posti.

Complaints
If you have any complaints about our products, please contact us via email at contact@houseofperenne.com. The right to complain does not cover items purchased used or from third parties. The person who placed the order should contact us directly.
Refunds
Once the product is received in proper condition, it will be inspected, and a refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the return shipment. Refunds are always made to the same card/account used for payment. If you are returning a product, retain the receipt from Posti until your return is accepted, as it may be needed in case of any issues.
